The result of a selective harvest from vines which have been carefully pruned to limit their yield, thereby extracting the highest possible level of the mineral essence of the soils in which they grow. The must is placed into steel vats sur lie and this, together with a carefully controlled 12 month maturing process gives the fresh, young character which is a main feature of Albari├▒o wines.

Fermented in Steel vats at 14ºC for 21 days. The wine was then racked to remove the heaviest sediment and is then matured for 11 months in stainless Steel vats sur lie (with the lighter sediment left in) with a weekly bâtonnage (stirring).


Yellow with greenish tones
Medium intensity with white flowers, aromatic herbs, bay, fennel, spice (white pepper), basil, citrus fruits (lemon peel), (grapefruit), loquat and apricot, and a mineral and dry stone background.
Fresh with a very sligth, fine fizz with full body, an elegant oily texture and slight astringent finish.
